CLIFFTONS Estate and Letting Agents have arrived in Westbourne opening a new office at 3 Grand Cinema Buildings, Poole Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, BH4 9DW, next to the bingo hall.
Jerome O’Kelly, approached the owner to take on a franchise in Westbourne opened a new branch of CLIFFTONS on the 1st August 2010. Jerome O’Kelly comments “I have been working within the property industry for over fifteen years and felt the time was right to open my own business. CLIFFTONS is a fresh, young local company with a very strong brand awareness. I received recommendations to use CLIFFTONS being a landlord myself and found their methods and service first class. They were the natural choice for me.”
Jerome continues “We have already instructions for both sales and Lettings and the reaction from new and existing clients has been very positive.”
James Scollard opened CLIFFTONS in Bournemouth town centre five years ago and comments “This is our first franchise and am delighted at the response. Westbourne is an area we receive daily enquiries for and an ideal area to open another branch, complimenting both Winton and Bournemouth branches.”
Terry Attewell has joined the team in Westbourne as a Senior Negotiator having a wealth of experience in lettings and sales. Terry has over fifteen year’s sales and lettings experience along with running his own business for five years in the property inventory service.
