CLIFFTONS are offering free Home Information Packs (HIPS) to home sellers.

From 10th September 2007, the law requires that if you are marketing a property for sale with three or more bedrooms you must now produce a Home Information Pack (HIP) for that property.

CLIFFTONS, have in-house qualified energy assessors to carry the Energy Performance Certificate, which assesses a property's overall energy efficiency and recommends cost-effective energy saving improvements. We will also arrange for this certificate as well as a detailed set of documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title, which must also be included in the pack.
