Clifftons Estate Agents move office

CLIFFTONS Estate Agents have moved their Bournemouth office to 3 Lansdowne Crescent, next to the post office, at Lansdowne roundabout.
James Scollard, the owner of Clifftons in Bournemouth, comments: “It’s a fantastic building, dating back to 1866. The original features were hidden for over fifty years in the office licence and in terrible condition. The building is magnificent and restoring the interior has been exhilarating and I’m delighted with the final finish.”
He adds: “The corner office is in a fantastic prominent position. Lots of people come into Bournemouth from the train station and being the first Estate Agency they see means we attract lots of out of town buyers.”
“The property market recovered in 2009 and in fact, the last seven sales we have agreed , have been at the full asking price, we just need some more property to sell.”
Some of our customers have been into the office to have a look and catch up and it’s always great to see them. We’ll be having a golden ticket open day very soon.”
